Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders placed before 5 PM EST(Monday - Friday), typically ship within 3 - 7 Business day. Please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination address. 

After placing your order, you will also receive a Shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24–48 hours of shipment, to the email address you provided at check out.


Q: Do you ship to foreign countries?

A: Currently at this time we are shipping within the United States only.

 

Q: I messed up my order, can I change/add an item/color/shipping address or email address?

A: No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly at [email protected] as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other pertinent information. 

 

Q: Can I cancel my order before it ships?

A: Yes, as long as the order has not already been shipped out. Please email us directly at [email protected] as quickly as possible.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking to complete order during the last step of the checkout process.

Q: What if I gave the wrong address when I placed my order?

A: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please be certain you are entering your full address including house number/apt/unit etc. If your order has not processed (usually 24 hours after order is placed), please email us at [email protected] so destination address can be corrected. 

ShopwithShayCo is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by consumer.
